This is an indoor event and all vendor booths will be located in the second floor event space adjacent to the stage/performers. The outdoor courtyard space will be open - weather permitting. Artists and vendors are responsible for bringing all items and equipment necessary to manage their booths – this includes tables, chairs, carts, display, and payment processing. Vendors will be able to utilize the on site elevator during load in times.
Booths are 10ft x 10ft and have access to electrical access.
Booths are free however a $50 security deposit is required to hold your space. Vendors who are in attendance for the entire event will be refunded following the event.
Load In: Vendor load in begins at 1:00 PM and must be set up by 2:00 PM.
Load Out: All vendors are asked to stay until the end of the event, 8:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for attaining their own payment processing, permits & licenses required by the city. Any vendors operating without the proper permits, do so at their own risk.
