Artist & Vendor Application

This is an indoor/outdoor event. There will be live music in the courtyard and the outdoor bar will be open. Artists & vendors will be located indoors alongside the first floor hallways/resident artists studios. The second floor event space will be closed for this event.
Artists and vendors are responsible for bringing all items and equipment necessary to manage their own set up – this includes displays, tables, chairs, canopy/tent, carts, etc.
Booths are 10ft x 10ft and electrical access is not guaranteed.
Booths are free however we do required a $50 security deposit to hold your space. Vendors who are in attendance for the event will be refunded post-event. You will receive an invoice to pay after application is submitted and approved.
Vendor load in begins at 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM, all vendors must be set up by 5:45 PM.
The event begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM.
Vendors are responsible for attaining their own payment processing, permits & licenses required by the city. Any vendors operating without the proper permits, do so at their own risk.
