Artist & Vendor Application

6PM-10PM

  • This is an indoor/outdoor event. There will be live music in the courtyard and the outdoor bar will be open. Artists & vendors will be located indoors alongside the first floor hallways/resident artists studios. The second floor event space will be closed for this event.

  • Artists and vendors are responsible for bringing all items and equipment necessary to manage their own set up – this includes displays, tables, chairs, canopy/tent, carts, etc.

  • Booths are 10ft x 10ft and electrical access is not guaranteed.

  • Booths are free however we do required a $50 security deposit to hold your space. Vendors who are in attendance for the event will be refunded post-event. You will receive an invoice to pay after application is submitted and approved.

  • Vendor load in begins at 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM, all vendors must be set up by 5:45 PM.

  • The event begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM.

  • Vendors are responsible for attaining their own payment processing, permits & licenses required by the city. Any vendors operating without the proper permits, do so at their own risk.
