Artist & Vendor Application

This is an outdoor event and booths will be located on gravel or black top. Artists and vendors are responsible for bringing all items and equipment necessary to manage their booths – this includes tables, chairs, canopy/tent, carts.
Booths are 10ft x 10ft and do NOT have electrical access.
Booths are free however we do required a $50 security deposit to hold your space. Vendors who are in attendance for the event will be refunded post-event.
Vendor load in begins at 12:00 PM and must be set up by 1:45 PM.
All vendors are asked to stay until at least 8:00 PM however the event goes until 12AM. If you’d like to stay later into the evening, please let us know in advance and plan to bring the appropriate lighting for your booth.
Vendors are responsible for attaining their own payment processing, permits & licenses required by the city. Any vendors operating without the proper permits, do so at their own risk.
