​Lake Affect Studios is a developing artistic community consisting of artist studios, an event room, and an art gallery all under one roof.  Our goal is to create an artistic environment that not only nurtures creativity and passion within its own walls, but also impacts and 'affects' the community around it.

Looking for a location to host your upcoming video or photoshoot? Lake Affect Studios has over 8,000 square feet of flexible, multi-use space perfect for any size production.

Event Space Rental Rates

Depending on the date, timeline, and size of shoot, we offer…

  • Hourly or full day rates

  • Weekday or weekend rentals

As every shoot is different, please complete the inquiry form for a quote and availability. Please include the following details. 

  • What day and time of the week are you interested in?

  • How many cast/crew members do you expect to be in attendance?

  • Will you have craft services?

  • Will you need tables and chairs?

Things to consider:

  • Lake Affect Studios offers the location for your photoshoot. All equipment and other items needed for the shoot are the responsibility of the client.

  • Insurance is required for the shoot dates. We are happy to provide more information about how to acquire short term coverage for your business.
