​Lake Affect Studios is a developing artistic community consisting of artist studios, an event room, and an art gallery all under one roof.  Our goal is to create an artistic environment that not only nurtures creativity and passion within its own walls, but also impacts and 'affects' the community around it.

Spanning throughout the first and second floors of Lake Affect Studios, the artist studios offer a variety of options for those looking to join our community of talented residents. Twelve newly constructed spaces within an industrial setting give tenants the opportunity to create a vision for their studio all their own. For visitors, the artist studios provide a unique, creative atmosphere nestled in one of Cleveland's Superior Arts District.
